Salt & Sea
Beginning in our Zero-Gravity Dry Floatation Bed, the weight will be lifted off of your joints allowing for mobility improvement and stress relief. From the bed, we will move into our Halotherapy room, with a Himalayan Salt bed and soothing ocean noises, this treatment relieves from the inside out. Finishing in our Cedar Sauna to further encourage muscle relief and blood flow.
