Flow Yoga: Flow yoga is a graceful blend of alignment principles and vinyasa flow. With an emphasis on the breath it is a moving meditation connecting the breath with the postures. These classes empower each student to explore their full potential while developing strength, flexibility, body awareness and an open clear mind. A deep relaxation follows each practice.
Level I-Beginner; Level I,II- beg/intermediate; Level II- intermediate; All Levels- work at your own pace.
Meditation – Learn Simple and effective ways to calm your mind / emotions and experience a state of inner peacefulness and well-being.
