Reservations
Services are available by appointment on a daily basis.  We recommend calling in advance to ensure availability.  Walk-ins are welcome.  A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all spa treatments.

Gift Certificates
Non-refundable gift certificates are available for all services and packages or dollar amounts. Gift certificates can be exchanged for other services or retail and must be presented at time of appointment and are good for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Guest Cancellation
We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services.  Fusions’ holds the right to charge 50% for cancellations less than 24 hours notice.  Gift certificates will be reduced to half value.  No shows will be charged 100% fee.

Spa Information
We suggest arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to handle paperwork if you are a first time client or to get comfortable and ready for your spa experience.

Late Arrivals
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

Cell Phones And Pagers
Out of consideration for Fusions guests please mute all pagers and cell phones.

Respect And Quietness
For the comfort of all our guests, Fusions is a non-smoking facility.  Fusions asks for its guests to be on their best behavior by using your “inside” voices so that we don’t interfere with other guests experience.
